Demolition of 2 floors of existing space were completed to prepare for Gensler’s 31,000 square ft. design of separate programmatic and work environments.  The street level space was allocated for public use for volunteers and donors as well as the McLean Library.  Construction PMP included installation of  millwork , tile and carpet flooring, and decorative wood reception Desk with wood planking.  Project scope also included installation of a new catering kitchen, new storefront glass, and use of Reclaimed/reused materials (glass and frames). All new MEP systems were also added throughout the space.
