Located in Wilmington, Delaware, the project transformed several high-traffic interior spaces on the 21st floor, enhancing the functionality and aesthetic quality of the existing workplace while maintaining uninterrupted office operations throughout construction.

Partnering with Gensler (architect), MJ Settelen Construction completed a targeted interior renovation of approximately 4,100 SF, refreshing reception and lobby areas, a new coffee and drink bar, pantry and cafeteria spaces, and a conference room environment designed to support collaboration and client interaction.
