Built to support Heart + Paw’s elevated approach to veterinary care and pet wellness, the Ludlow Street fit-out transforms an existing urban space into a warm, highly functional environment designed for pets, pet owners, and staff alike.

Located in Center City Philadelphia at 1111 Ludlow Street, the project reconfigured and renovated portions of the existing facility to expand grooming operations, improve circulation, and enhance the overall client experience within the active mixed-use building.

Partnering with Perkins Eastman, MJ Settelen Construction completed a comprehensive interior fit-out and renovation featuring upgraded grooming spaces, new customer-facing elements, refined finishes, and operational improvements throughout the facility. The result is a modernized environment that balances durability, comfort, and functionality while reinforcing Heart + Paw’s welcoming brand identity.
