After completing the multi-million dollar room renovation of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel - Philadelphia in Summer 2007, MJ Settelen Construction was asked to join the hotel's lobby renovation project for 10 Arts | by Eric Ripert - the newest venture for world-renowned chef Eric Ripert of New York's
Le Bernardin restaurant.
